Blackrush was founded by the Dominique Brothers, whose rich and diverse heritage profoundly influences their creative vision. Their father’s parents came from St. Lucia as part of the Windrush generation, while their mother’s family hails from Manchester. Growing up in North West London, Otis and Leonardo were both drawn to the arts and media, finding inspiration in their unique background and experiences.

 

Otis brings over 10 years of experience in the film industry, where he has honed his skills in storytelling and cinematic techniques across music, commercial and corporate work. Leonardo, with 5 years in fashion photography, adds a flair for capturing striking visuals and a deep understanding of style and aesthetics. Their combined expertise spans various creative fields, making them a powerful team.

 

In founding Blackrush, Otis and Leonardo aimed to create a company rooted in their values and driven by their heritage. They have built the Blackrush family to ensure seamless synergy across stills and film, delivering impactful creative content from concept inception to completion. Their collaborative approach ensures every project benefits from their shared vision and dedication to excellence.
